TAKE NEXT STEPS AT THE WELL
EQUIPPING
Whether God is calling you to reach the Nations in Austin, Texas, or in another country, we want to help you take your next steps. He is inviting each of us to step into His global story. What role will you play?
We regularly hold a 10-week class that we call Disciple-Making Intensives (DMIs) that will equip you to share your faith, challenge your worldview, and ultimately help you be on-mission with Jesus wherever He has you. We desire to send for the glory of God. This class is in partnership with Launch Global, missionaries sent by The Well, and guest speakers to equip you to share your faith in a variety of contexts and people groups.

SHORT TERM MISSIONS
Our short-term teams focus on evangelism, training, and prayer with a passion to further church planting internationally. It is our prayer that everyone who participates in a short-term trip would gain a vision of God’s redemptive plan around the world. We see these trips as potential first steps to go to the nations long-term. Currently, we are serving alongside gospel partners in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and South America.

LONG TERM MISSIONS
Do you feel called to share the gospel with the nations through church planting, evangelism, and equipping the local church? As an International Missionary with The Well, you must agree with our beliefs statement as a Covenant Member and be committed to be gospel-centered in ministry and character. Our missionaries employ their intellect and individual skills to help us fulfill our mission. We are seeking applicants driven by the desire to reach needy children and families in our world. Our team offers a friendly but professional environment to collaborate in global missions.
We will partner relationally with missionaries who are focused on church planting to help reach the nations for the sake of the gospel, specifically those nations that do not yet have sufficient access to it.
